Step 1: We get to know you
- Our Design Team will meet with you and ask many questions about your vision for your new home – your lifestyle, design preferences, where you want to live, must-haves, and wish list.
- Once we understand your goals, our designer will draft a plan and include cost estimates and timeline.
- As we fine tune your home plan, we spend time reviewing many of the finer details, like flooring and cabinet selection, so that we can allocate the right cost for items. This approach helps eliminate cost surprises down the road.
- We talk through financing, and work to keep you in budget.
Step 2: Construction
- Our team communicates with you regularly all along the way, keeping you informed of each phase of the construction process.
- We will meet with you both at the design studio and at your new home to help finalize all the details, ensuring your new home is exactly as you envisioned.
Step 3: Move In Ready
- We want you to know the ins and outs of your new home. We will walk through the home with you prior to closing, giving pointers on how things work, tips on the right cleaning products, and help you feel comfortable with the amazing new features of your new home.
